By accessing or using D3vWorX (d3vworx.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.

Credit Balance: Access to AI tools is provided on a credit basis. Credits purchased via D3vWorX represent non-refundable digital utility tokens used exclusively to trigger AI asset generations on our platform.

Credits do not expire while your account remains active, but they hold no monetary value outside of d3vworx.com.

User Content: You retain full commercial ownership of all text, design templates, and digital code snippets generated through your active D3vWorX account.

Platform Rights: D3vWorX retains all intellectual property rights to the core application, underlying code, branding, logos, and UI assets.

You agree not to use D3vWorX to:

• Generate content that promotes hate speech, illegal activities, malware, or copyright infringement.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit platform infrastructure or credit systems.
• Use automated bots to abuse free starter credits or bypass account limitations.

D3vWorX is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI generations. In no event shall D3vWorX be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from your platform usage.
